Rosemount Has Also Pioneered Developmental Programs Aimed At Mainstreaming Children With Special Needs And Offers Head Start And Early Head Start.The Founders Board Of St. Johns Community Services Supports A Facility That Was Founded In 1868 And Is The Oldest Continuously Operating Agency For Children With Special Needs In The Washington Metropolitan Area.
