The ''competitive Elite Sports'' (Ces) Program Objective Will Always Be To Assist In The Development Of Students In All Endeavors, First In The Classroom And Then On The Field. Ces Focuses On Character And Leadership Development That Will Last A Lifetime; By Providing A Mentorship Program That Will Focus On The Importance Of Athletics While Utilizing The Vehicle Of Literacy As The Ultimate Winning Objective. The Four Guiding Principles Of Ces Will Be: 1. Bulding Character For Life By Developing A Partnership With The Parents/Guardian That Provides A Strong Foundation For Guidance That Provides A Strong Foundation For Life. 2. Establish Committed Relationship With Teachers And Coaches To Assist The Students In Their Academic And Athletic Achievements. 3. Develop A Vision For Success. Identify And Direct Students To Participate In An Internship Program In A Field Of Interest. 4. Facilitate An Attitude For Giving Back To The Community Though Service.
