Sel8Nne Foundation Was Formed In 2010 With The Specific Organizational Mission Of Providing Funding And Financial Support To Underpriviliged Youth By Introducing Them To Formal And Informal Sports Organziations (Primarily Hockey). Sel8Nne Foundation Was Co-Founded By Teemu Selanne, An Internationally Famous Professional Hockey Player Widely Known As One Of The Greatest Offensive Players In The History Of The Game, And As A Well Known World And Local Ambassador To The Game Of Hockey. Teemu''s Dedication To His Fans And Various Local Communities Throughout The Years Has Lead To The Establishment Of The Sel8Nne Foundation, In Hopes Of Spreading The Game Of Organized Hockey To Children That May Not Otherwise Have The Means To Participate. Hockey Is A Very Expensive Sport Involving Significant Costs With Respect To Equipment, Travel, Ice Time, And Instruction.
